It may happen that you are not completely happy with your purchase. Fortunately, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You do this by sending an email to email@example.com or by completing the returnform and sending it along with the return shipment.
After this notification you have another 14 days to actually return the product. You can then return the item at your own expense. Of course we only take back undamaged and unworn items.
Exchanging for a different color or item is no problem. In case you prefer to receive your money back, we will refund the purchase amount including the shipping costs (only when the entire shipment is returned) within 14 days after you have reported the return to us. In that case, make sure to state your full IBAN number. We will always credit only when we have received your return in good order.
If an item of your order has arrived damaged, you must report this to our Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt.
You can make this report by emailing the order number of your online order and a photo of the damaged item to our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org
Our Customer Service will respond after receiving your email with further instructions.
The items returned from other countries than the Netherlands are at your own expense.
